Meeting in Klaipeda University

Meeting with Rector of Klaipeda University (Lithuania) prof. Arturas Razdabauskas, prorector prof. Sonata Mačiulskyte and Head of the Social work Chair prof. Elvyra Aciene was held in November 14-17, 2023. Cooperation between the two universities and exchange of both teachers and teachers within the ERASMUS framework was discussed.

Rector of ECA – member of the editorial board at Semmelweis University Proceedings

Editorial board and Senate of the Institute of Mental Health at Semmelweis University (Hungary) prolonged the term of being the member of the Board for rector prof. Skaidrīte Gūtmane from European Christian Academy for another 5 years term. Prof. Skaidrīte Gūtmane has been operating as member of the Editorial Board already since 2016.

Monograph by Rector ECA prof. Skaidrīte Gūtmane published

We study society and client in order to understand it, lead it and inspire! Today (May 22, 2023) monograph by the founder and strategic implementator of European Christian Academy, its rector prof. Skaidrite Gūtmane “Towards the culture of compassion”. The monograph is dedicated to the concept of caritative social work developed at the Academy, its anthropological concept and methodology in the risk society. Monogrpah comprises vast bibliography. Congratulations!
