European Commission has selected only 44 applications (out of 737 from different EU countries) fit for strict requirements of the Jean Monnet Programme, EC. The goal of the Programme is to promote excellence in European studies and research worldwide, to work for dialogue between academia and policy makers especially promoting administration of the EU policy. The Programme also works for strength of the EU worldwide role, challenges civil activity in interaction between cultures. The project of Latvian Christian academy titled “European Social Entrepreneurship – its role for the future” (Study module) was awarded with the highest mark, thus opening doors for further cooperation on international level for students of both Social entrepreneurship and Social caritative work.
