Letter of Appreciation to prof. S.Gūtmane for her academic contribution
The VIII conference of Latvian supervisors and presentatioon of the book on the history of the profession in Latvia was he;ld in November 9, 2023. Rector of ECrA prof Skaidrīte Gūtmane was awarded with Letter of Appreciation for her pioneering academic contribution in the development of the profession.
New monograph “Supervision in Latvia”
In June 26, 2020, monograph “Supervision in Latvia” was officially opened. The book contains theoretical essays on Supervision as well as analysis of practical experience. Editor-in-Chief of the monograph Maija Zakričevska-Belogrudova, Dr.Psych., emphasized that the iniative to create professional standard for Supervisors was initiated by Prof. Skaidrīte Gūtmane, Rector of Latvian Christian academy. Academicians and prpofessionals in the field attended the event. Monograpg “Supervision in Latvia” is published by high school RISEBA.
Letter of Appreciation to Rector of LChrA for taking part in Supervision conference.
“Supervision days” were held at the “RISEBA” University of Business, Arts and Technology in Riga in November 3, 2017. The conference dealt with importance of supervision, showing benefits from it for organisations, especially in growth of employees’ effectiveness in work.
